FOX 26, citing major-league sources, reported the clubs have agreed on the trade and now it’s up to Oswalt to waive his no-trade clause. The Astros approached Oswalt (6-12, 3.42 ERA, 120 strikeouts in 129 innings) and were awaiting his reply Wednesday night, FOX 26 said.
