Vick has performed admirably in these situations, with a QBR of 49.5. As a league, the average QBR in these situations is 7.0 and it happens about 11 times per team per game.â†µ
Vick’s performance under pressure and lack of sacks is somewhat self fulfilling. For once, you would expect him to avoid more sacks than the average QB because he’s so much more athletic than anyone else. However, it is true that a lot of the pressure he faces is his own doing because he holds on to the ball for a long time.
