Former Sixer Todd MacCulloch In Pinball World Championships

Former Sixers center and radio color guy Todd MacCulloch has found a new sport, professional pinball. MacCulloch has been playing part time on the pro pinball tour, yes such a thing exists, and this week is taking part in the World Pinball Championships near Pittsburgh.

“I always loved pinball growing up,” MacCulloch said. “Now that I can’t compete [in the NBA], pinball has filled that void of camaraderie.”

There’s no doubt it has to be odd seeing a seven foot guy playing pinball and you would think it’s not particularly comfortable to play for a guy that size.

MacCulloch is actually the 193rd ranked player in the world according to the World Pinball Rankings.
