Lou Williams leads his team in with a 9-3 record, best for first place in the Atlantic and second in the Eastern Conference. Philadelphia has a chance to improve on that mark with a win on MLK day.

The Philadelphia 76ers will play host to the Milwaukee Bucks at 2 p.m. in the Wells Fargo Center on Monday.

The 76ers have been impressive this season. They're currently leading the Atlantic Division by three full games over the New York Knicks with a 9-3 record.

The Bucks on the other hand have not been so dazzling. Milwaukee limps into town with a 4-7 mark and is coming off a 102-76 beating at the hands of the defending champion Dallas Mavericks.

It's been Philadelphia's defense that's received most of the credit for such a hot start. It's ranked second in the league and seemingly getting better each night under Doug Collins watch. However, the offense has begun to seriously emerge and is averaging more than 101 points per game (third in the league).

The 76ers have gotten off to such a great start because of their balance. Seven players are averaging double digits with Lou Williams and Andre Iguodala leading the way. In a shortened season, Philadelphia has a huge advantage considering its age and depth over an older team like the Boston Celtics or a top-heavy team like New York.

Winners of eight of their last nine, the 76ers are starting a big stretch here at home. Including Monday's game, Philadelphia plays 10 of its next 11 games at home.
