Cowboys vs. Eagles score update: Game tied 7-7 after first quarter

The Philadelphia Eagles and Dallas Cowboys are tied 7-7 at the end of the first quarter of Sunday's game.

The Eagles jumped out quickly. On their first drive of the game, Michael Vick capped it with a 2-yard touchdown pass to Riley Cooper to take a 7-0 lead.

The Cowboys answered about seven minutes later. Tony Romo hit Felix Jones for an 11-yard touchdown pass to tie the game at 7-7.

Romo has started the game hot, completing 5 of 5 passes for 34 yards and a touchdown. Vick has been equally as impressive, completing 4 of 6 passes for 59 yards and one touchdown.

Jones has started strong. He's picked up 30 yards on five carries, while also hauling in the 11-yard touchdown run.

LeSean McCoy has carried the ball five times for 15 yards to lead the Eagles on the ground.

DeSean Jackson is the Eagles' leading receiver so far. He has two catches for 40 yards.
