Drexel looks for its 16th straight win on Wednesday night against James Madison.
The Drexel Dragons look to continue their torrid blitz through the Colonial Athletic Association on Wednesday night when they host James Madison at the Daskalakis Athletic Center at 7 p.m. (ESPN U)
Drexel (23-5, 14-2) has won 15 straight, the most recent victory a 69-49 pounding of Cleveland State Saturday as part of ESPN's BracketBusters event. Damion Lee scored 18 points on just six shot attempts, Daryl McCoy added 13 points and nine rebounds and Samme Givens established a season high with 14 rebounds to give him 992 boards for his career.
The 15th consecutive wins matched the 1995-96 Dragons for the longest Division I streak in school history, but Drexel can't get any breathing room from George Mason, which is still tied atop the CAA standings.
James Madison (11-18, 4-12) has lost two straight and seven out of eight. The Dukes are led by the backcourt of A.J. Davis (16.7 points per game) and Humpty Hitchens (15.3).
