Lehigh won the Patriot League title to earn the No. 15 seed in the South region. Other teams in Lehigh's region include Duke, Kentucky, Indiana & Notre Dame.
The 2012 NCAA Tournament bracket and field has been announced, and the Lehigh Mountain Hawks has received a 15 seed in the South region. The Mountain Hawks' first opponent will be the Duke, and they will play on Friday in Greensboro, NC. If the Mountain Hawks win their first matchup, they will face the winner of No. 7 Notre Dame and No. 10 Xavier.
Lehigh earned the 15th seed by capturing the Patriot League's automatic berth. The Mountain Hawks entered the conference tournament as a No. 2 seed, but ousted top-seeded Bucknell 82-77 on Wednesday, March 7 to earn the crown.
