Patriot League Basketball Tournament 2012: Bucknell And Lehigh Advance To Championship

The championship game is set for the 2012 Patriot League Basketball Tournament and it's a match-up between the first and second seeds, Bucknell and Lehigh.

Both Bucknell and Lehigh were no competition for opposing teams on Saturday, as they both smashed their semifinal counterpart. The one seed Bucknell rolled over Lafayette by a final of 79-52 and the second-seeded Lehigh defeated American University by a final score of 85-66.

The Bucknell Bison were led by Joe Willman and Mike Muscala, who combined for 36 points. They held Lafayette to 35 percent shooting.

The Lehigh Mountain Hawks were led by C.J. McCollum, who scored 27, followed by 14 a piece from Mackey McKnight and Holden Greiner. Together they combined for 55 of the team's 85 points.

The Championship Game is set for Wednesday, March 7, at 7 pm EST. The game will be broadcast on the CBS Sports Network.

Bucknell and Lehigh have met twice this season, with each team winning a game on the other's home floor.
