Celtics Vs. 76ers Final Score: Philadelphia Puts Together Poor Offensive Performance, Falls To Boston 103-79

Behind a game-high 20 points from Kevin Garnett and shooting almost 60-percent from the floor Sunday, the Boston Celtics routed the Philadelphia 76ers, 103-79, at the TD Garden. The loss dropped the Sixers (29-27) into a tie with the New York Knicks for seven place in the Eastern Conference standings. The two Atlantic Division rivals are both clinging onto the final playoff spot in the conference.

Nikola Vucevic tallied a team-high 14 points and collected 13 rebounds off the bench for Philly, which shot just 38-percent from the floor, including just 18-percent (2-for-11) from behind the 3-point arc. Andrew Iguodala scored 13 points.

Avery Bradley (18 points), Brandon Bass (18) and Paul Pierce (17) were two of five players to score in double digits for the Celtics, who avoided a season-series sweep from Philly.

On Tuesday, the Sixers played the streaking New Jersey Nets who have won six of their last nine games. Philadelphia has just 10 games remaining on their regular-season schedule.
