Stay connected for news and updates

After putting together one of his most impressive performance at the Indianapolis 500, Marco Andretti's day at the Brickyard ended before the race completed all 200 of its laps. That's because Andretti crashed his Indycar with about 13 laps remaining and has brought out the fifth caution of the day.

Andretti leaves the race as the drive who had led the most laps and was slowly moving his way up to the front after occuring some car issues around the 50-lap mark.. Currently, Tony Kanaan in first place with Dario Franchitti, Scott Dixon, Ryan Briscoe and Justin Wilson behind him, respectively.

The race will resume with six laps to go, as the ending of the "Greatest Spectacle of Motorsports" is going to be an exciting one.
