The tee times and pairings for the 2012 U.S. Open have been announced. Pennsylvania natives Jim Furyk and Jason Bohn will both participate in the tournament.
The 2012 U.S. Open tee times and pairings have been announced. The U.S. Open Championship will be played on June 14-17 at the Olympic Club in San Francisco, California.
West Chester, PA native and 2003 U.S. Open champion Jim Furyk will be teeing off at 4:40 p.m. on June 14 with Sergio Garcia and Graeme McDowell. McDowell won the U.S. Open in 2010 at Pebble Beach. Lewisburg, PA native Jason Bohn will tee of at 10:26 a.m. with Raphael Jacquelin and J. B. Park. Bohn did not make the cut for the weekend when he played in the U.S. Open Championship in 2008.
Defending champion Rory McIlroy will tee of at 4:29 p.m. with Luke McDonald and Lee Westwood.
The most notable grouping is probably the one teeing off at 10:33 a.m. It includes Tiger Woods, Phil Mickelson and Bubba Watson. Woods has won the U.S. Open three times (2000, 2002, 2008).
