Eagles Vs Cardinals Inactives: Adrian Wilson A Surprise Scratch

The Eagles and Cardinals have released their inactives for today's matchup and there's a surprise for Arizona. S Adrian Wilson has been scratched along with TE Todd Heap. Less surprisingly for the Cards is QB John Skelton inactive.

LaRon Byrd, Williams Powell, Senio Kelemete & Pat McQuistan are the other inactives for Arizona.

For the Eagles, its pretty much as expected with starters Jeremy Maclin & King Dunlap out. Both players were ruled out earlier this week. Riley Cooper, Dion Lewis, Vinny Curry, Nate Menkins and Trent Edwards are also inactive today for the Eagles.

As Eliot Shorr-Parks points out on Bleeding Green Nation, scratching a seemingly healthy Dion Lewis probably doesn't bode well for his future.

For Dion Lewis, it is the 3rd game in a row he has been inactive. Lewis is fighting an injury, but with Eagles coaches no longer committing to him as the back up running back, you have to wonder if keeping him inactive has more to do with the coaches just liking Bryce Brown and Chris Polk better.
