Jason Babin Returns To Practice For Eagles

After spending the preseason rehabbing from a calf injury, Philadelphia Eagles defensive end Jason Babin finally practiced on Monday. The news didn't come as a surprise as Babin was expected to be back to practice sometime this week.

When practice was over, Babin told reporters that he's "98.9 percent", which means he could play in Sunday's season opener at the Cleveland Browns (1 p.m. ET on FOX). Last season, the 6'3, 267-pound lineman totaled 45 tackles including 18 sacks, which was the third-highest total in all of the NFL.

Also returning Monday was defensive back Colt Anderson, who was on the Eagles' physically unable to preform list on roster cut down day. Anderson said its still "up in the air" if he will play Sunday or not, but the fact that he practiced is encouraging.
