Head coach Doug Collins has to figure out how he's going to get the maximum production out of the Sixers without Andrew Bynum on the floor. Even if he is on schedule and ready to go opening night against the Nuggets, you'd be hard pressed to find anyone who actually believes the All-Star center has a shot to play all 82 games.
