Tim Heitman-USA TODAY Sports

From Reuben Frank of CSN Philly: The Philadelphia Eagles have shaken up their safety lineup, benching Nate Allen while putting in Kurt Coleman.

Nate Allen is out of the lineup, Kurt Coleman is back in the lineup and Colt Anderson is still in the lineup.

In the latest incarnation of the Eagles’ safety position, which will last all of two games, Allen – the Eagles’ second-round pick in 2010 – has been benched, Coleman returns to free safety after missing two games with an injury, and Anderson – who replaced Coleman the last two weeks – remains in the starting lineup, moving from free to strong safety.
