Even if we ignore what Joe Paterno did, or more specifically didn't do, in connection with the sex abuse case... This is still absurd behavior to react to a football coach being fired. The eyes of the entire country were on you Penn State and you embarrassed yourselves. And this is not a case where we can say that it was just a few idiots making the crowd look bad. It may have just been a few idiots who tipped the van, but there were hundreds cheering them on and that's ridiculous.
