Three former Penn State Nittany Lions football players will represent the school in the Senior Bowl, which takes place Jan. 28 at 3 p.m in Ladd-Peebles Stadium, Mobile, Alabama.
Offensive lineman Johnnie Troutman, defensive back D'Anton Lynn and defensive lineman Jack Crawford were all selected to compete for the North Team. Defensive tackle Devon Still was also invited, but opted out of the event due to injury.
Crawford had 40 tackles, 22 of them solo, and 6.5 sacks. The 6'5, 270-pounder is projected to be a mid-to-late round pick in the 2012 NFL Draft.
Lynn, a 6-0, 210-pound cornerback, is expected to be selected late in the draft, if at all, after recording 49 tackles, one interception and nine passes defensed during the 2011 season.
Troutman is seen as a borderline draft pick.
