NBA Playoffs 2012 Celtics Vs 76ers Final Score: Sixers Force Game 7 With 82-75 Win

The Sixers outscored the Celtics 49-39 in the second half en route to an 82-75 win forcing a game decisive game 7 this Saturday in Boston. Jrue Holiday was arguably the Sixers key man on either end of the floor with 20 points himself and holding Rajon Rondo to just 9.

In all, the Sixers had 5 guys in double figures, while the Celtics struggled to get any offense outside of Kevin Garnett and Paul Pierce who had 20 and 24 respectively.

The Sixers and the home crowd got a boost from the appearance of Allen Iverson, who delivered the game ball prior to tip off. Check out some great video of that moment here.

Tonight’s win set the stage for a game 7 Saturday in Boston. Interestingly enough, the Sixers have not lost a game 7 in the NBA playoffs since 1986…
