76ers & Wizards Square Off In Second Leg Of Home And Home

As if playing the Washington Wizards once wasn't a cushy enough proposition, the Philadelphia 76ers meet the Wizards again at 7 p.m. Saturday for the second consecutive night, this time in Washington.

The 76ers dominated the Wizards on Friday, 120-89, giving Philadelphia a 5-0 home start for the first time in nine years. Jodie Meeks drilled six three-pointers and poured in 26 points, Lou Williams added 19 points and Spencer Hawes notched a double-double with 10 points and 10 rebounds, as Philadelphia raced to a 14-point halftime lead, then outscored Washington 38-18 in the third quarter. Meeks missed only one shot, hitting six of seven threes and 10 of 11 from the floor -- and his one miss was blocked from behind.

The Wizards have struggled with bouts of selfish, disinterested play all season in accumulating an NBA-worst 1-10 record. They have been outscored by an average of 12.1 points per game.
