The Sixers travel to Miami to face the Heat, who will be without Dwyane Wade, who's nursing an ankle injury.
The 11-4 Sixers will play their second game in as many nights in Miami against LeBron James and the 10-4 Heat tonight. The Heat will be without Dwyane Wade tonight, who will miss the game with an ankle injury, while the Sixers will be without Spencer Hawes, who's nursing an ailing back and Achillies.
The Sixers are coming off an impressive win against the Atlanta Hawks, which they outscored Atlanta 51-29 in the second half. The Heat are coming off an equally impressive win against the Los Angeles Lakers on Wednesday night.
With the Sixers lacking interior defense, especially without starting center Spencer Hawes, they're vulnerable against teams who score easy baskets in the paint. Despite having "the big three", the Heat are 23rd in the league in points in the paint. However; the Heat are fourth in the league in free throw rate. If the Sixers can slow down the Heat in the paint and limit their free throw attempts they'll have a great chance to pull off the upset.
