76ers Vs. Hawks Preview: Philly Travels To Atlanta On Short Rest

The Sixers will look to bounce back from their seventh loss of the season when they travel to Atlanta to face the Hawks.

Feb 4, 2012 - The 16-7 Philadelphia 76ers will travel to Atlanta to face the 16-7 Hawks in the second game of a back-to-back, and the first Sixers road game since January 21 in Miami. The Sixers are coming off a 20 point loss to the Miami Heat on Friday night, while the Hawks are also coming off a loss, a 19 point home loss to the Memphis Grizzlies on Thursday.

Tonight marks the second meeting between the Hawks and Sixers this season. The Sixers won the first contest by a final score of 90-76, in a convincing victory in front of their home crowd. The Sixers will try to do the same in Atlanta's building, where the Hawks are 8-2 on the season. The Sixers are just 4-4 on the road.

The Hawks will be without starting center Al Horford and back-up center, Jason Collins. The Sixers will be minus their starting center as well, Spencer Hawes, who is expected to miss his 11th consecutive game.
