Eagles vs. Lions score: McCoy touchdown reception gives Philadelphia 7-6 lead at halftime

A late touchdown pass from Michael Vick to LeSean McCoy has the Eagles up, 7-6, over the Lions at halftime.

Michael Vick tossed a touchdown pass to LeSean McCoy with less than a minute-and-a-half left in the second quarter to give the Philadelphia Eagles a 7-6 lead over the Detroit Lions at halftime Sunday.

McCoy's 2-yard score capped a 10-play drive to for Philadelphia's first score of the game.

Detroit held a 6-0 lead before McCoy's touchdown thanks to two Jason Hanson field goals in the first quarter.

Vick finished the first half 16-of-24 for 118 yards. He had one touchdown and one interception.

Vick also leads the team in rushing at halftime. He has 21 yards on four carries. McCoy has 12 rushing yards on seven attempts.

Jeremy Maclin, Jason Avant, Riley Cooper, Brent Celek and DeSean Jackson each have two catches for the Eagles. Maclin leads the team with 22 receiving yards. McCoy has five catches for 19 yards.

DeMeco Ryans has five tackles at halftime.
