Eagles-Cowboys halftime score: Philadelphia leads 17-10 thanks to Bryce Brown

The Philadelphia Eagles don't have Michael Vick and they don't have LeSean McCoy, but their backups could snap the team's seven-game losing streak as they lead the Dallas Cowboys 17-10 at the half.

It was an encouraging start for Philadelphia, going up 14-3 after a pair of touchdowns by Bryce Brown. Brown has already eclipsed the 100-yard mark with 107 yards on only 14 carries, and Nick Foles is 10-for-15 with 136 yards including four connections with Brent Celek for 52 yards. The rookie running back has looked really nice, running consistently between the tackles and busting out a 39-yarder that set up his second score.

The Eagles' defense, which gave up 38 points last time Philadelphia played the Cowboys last month, played well for most of the half, but allowed Tony Romo to march the team 75 yards for a score before the half after a big gainer to Jason Witten set them up within the one-yard line.
