With the 28th pick in the fourth round of the 2012 NFL Draft, the Philadelphia Eagles have selected cornerback, Brandon Boykin, from the University of Georgia.
The National Football Post ranked Boykin as their fifth best cornerback and their 38th prospect overall. Here's what they had to say about him.
Plays much bigger/strong than his frame would indicate. Has the ability to press on the edge, but might be better suited to play as a slot guy in the NFL. Either way can play a role on a defense in either a man or zone scheme.
ESPN had Boykin as their 77th ranked prospect and 10th best corner.
