LeSean McCoy calls Osi Umenyiora a 'ballerina'

Jeffrey G. Pittenger-US PRESSWIRE - Presswire

Philadelphia Eagles RB LeSean McCoy reignited the war of words between him and Giants DE Osi Umenyiora, calling him a "ballerina."

The feud between Philadelphia Eagles running back LeSean McCoy and New York Giants defensive end Osi Umenyiora continued when McCoy called the Giants lineman a "ballerina" in an E:60 piece. McCoy went on to call Umenyiora the fourth-best defensive lineman on the Giants.

The two players have been exchanging barbs for some time now ever since McCoy called Umenyiora "soft" and "overrated." Umenyiora returned fire calling McCoy "Lady Gaga" and a "Twitter gangster" and more recently wishing him a "Happy Mother's Day."

The Giants DE has yet to return fire after McCoy's latest insult, instead agreeing with McCoy:

"He is probably right," Umenyiora said. "I might be a ballerina in a Giants uniform. I am lucky that I got the contract, I'm lucky to be playing 10 years in the league, won Super Bowls, all that is pure luck.

Umenyiora added that he was happy for McCoy and his new contract.

McCoy and the Eagles host Umenyiora and the Giants this upcoming Sunday night, Sept. 30 at 8:20 p.m. ET.
