There's a reason they have weight classes in sports like boxing and MMA. Because no matter how tough you are, you're at a real disadvantage when you're taking on another tough guy that's noticeably bigger than you. This was a lesson that 5-11 Steve Downie learned two nights ago when he decided to drop the gloves with the 6-5 Braydon Coburn.
Downie, the former Flyer comes out of the gates pretty decent here, but it soon becomes apparent that Coburn's size makes this a pretty big mismatch. At one point, Downie is getting beaten up so bad, he starts asking the refs to please come in and break it up.
