Flyers Winter Classic 2012: Episode 2 Of HBO 24/7 Airs Tonight

The anticipation for the 2012 Winter Classic continues to build. The Philadelphia Flyers will be taking on the New York Rangers in Philly  in a game that figures to have big implications in the Atlantic Division.

Currently the Flyers are staying ahead of the Rangers for first place, but the gap isn't as big as Philadelphia would hope. The Flyers are boasting a record of 20-8-4 and have 44 points. The Rangers are nipping at their heels with 42 points and a 19-18-4 record. The Flyers will take on the Dallas Stars on Wednesday night and the Rangers will host the New York Islanders on Thursday night.

Wednesday will also feature the debut of episode 2 of the acclaimed HBO series "24/7 Flyers/Rangers: Road to the NHL Winter Classic." Any hockey fan who saw last year's series featuring the Penguins and Capitals leading up to the 2011 Winter Classic knows just how riveting and informative the series can be.

Episode 2 will air at 10 PM EST on HBO and you can find plenty more information as well as video previews of the episode at the official HBO 24/7 website.
