Flyers Vs Panthers: Flyers Look For Fourth Straight Win At BankAtlantic Center

The Philadelphia Flyers maybe a bit shorthanded but they look to continue their recent success at the Florida Panthers Tuesday night (7:30 p.m. on COMCAST).

Despite a lot of setbacks listed on the injury report, the Philadelphia Flyers will try and earn their fourth straight victory at the Florida Panthers Tuesday night, as they visit the BankAtlantic Center (7:30 p.m. on COMCAST). The Flyers (28-14-5, 61 points) have lost three of their last five games, while the Panthers (22-15-10, 54 points) have dropped six of their last eight.

On Sunday, the Flyers lost in a shootout, 6-5, to Atlantic Division rival the Boston Bruins. Left-winger Scott Hartnell tallied a hattrick in the second period to help give Philadelphia a brief lead, but the Flyers couldn't hold on and earned a one point.

Philadelphia will play Tuesday's contest without captain Chris Pronger, who's out for the rest of the season with a concussion, and forwards Danny Briere (concussion) and Jaromir Jagr (lower-body injury). Add to the list, James van Riemsdyk, who is out indefinitely with a concussion.

The Flyers, however, have gone 17-7-2 in at their last 20 games at the Panthers.

Meanwhile, Florida also could be without some key contributors Tuesday, as defenseman Dmitry Kulikov and forward Jack Skille are doubtful.

The third-place Panthers are 3-4-3 in their last 10 games.
