Flyers Vs Blackhawks Final Score: Philadelphia Survives Late Charge For 5-4 Win

After scoring three straight goals in span of five minutes in the second quarter, the Philadelphia Flyers seemingly seized total control of momentum in Thursday night's game against the Chicago Blackhawks, taking a 4-2 lead heading into the third period. Back-to-back tallies from Brent Seabrook and Patrick Kane, exactly 25 seconds apart, reversed the Flyers fortunes, turning the last five minutes of the game into a free-for-all. James van Riemsdyk's power play goal at the 19:27 mark would put the Flyers up for good, however, giving Philadelphia their third win in their last eight tries.

The last time that the Blackhawks visited Philadelphia they left with the 2010 Stanley Cup. They were less lucky Thursday night however, withering under an offensive flourish that saw 46 shots taken by the Flyers. Riemsdyk's game winner was his second goal of the night.
