Ben Revere talks about upcoming season with Phillies

Tom Szczerbowski

Ben Revere seems excited to join the Philadelphia lineup. The Phillies hope the speedster will improve their offense and defense.

The Philadelphia Phillies' new center fielder Ben Revere sat down for an interview with CSN Philly. The Phillies acquired Revere in a trade with the Minnesota Twins in exchange for Vance Worley and Trevor May. The speedy outfielder joked that he wants to hit "at least one" home run next season. Revere has never hit a homer in the majors, but he did manage to swipe 40 bases while hitting .294 in 2012.
