What would be more surprising than the Philadelphia Phillies at the .500 and in the basement of the National League East Division standings in early June? How about their left-handed ace Cliff Lee still searching for his first win of the season despite having an ERA of 3.00?
Lee (0-2) will try to snap that streak Tuesday (7:05 p.m. ET on Comcast Sports Network) against the visiting Los Angeles Dodgers in Game 2 of the four at Citizen Bank Park. The lefty will oppose LA's Chad Billingsley (2-4, 4.09 ERA), who's winless in his last nine starts.
The Phillies (28-28) are losers of three straight and are in last place of the NL East Division standings. The good news is, the Phils are just four games back of the first-place Washington Nationals.
