With still a glimmer of hope for the second NL Wild Card, the Philadelphia Phillies will look to sweep the New York Mets Thursday at Citi Field.
Tyler Cloyd (1-1) of the Phillies will face Jeremy Hefner (2-6) of the Mets in the final regularly scheduled game between both teams this season.
Tuesday's game was postponed and will be made up at a to-be-determined date and time.
The Phillies are four back in the NL Wild Card with 13 games remaining on their schedule, making the already tall task of getting within striking distance of that second Wild Card even tougher after losing three of four to the lowly Houston Astros last weekend.
Game Time: 7:10 p.m. ET
TV: CSN (Philadelphia), SNY (New York), ESPN
