The Philadelphia Union earned one point against Toronto FC on Saturday night.

The Philadelphia Union played Toronto FC to a 1-1 draw on Saturday night at BMO Field.

Sheanon Williams salvaged one point with a game-tying goal in the 84th minute.

It's been a struggle for the Union throughout the 2012 campaign, and their most recent match was no different. Against the team with the lowest point in the Eastern Conference, Philadelphia could only muster a point.

However, the Union were almost left with nothing to show for their efforts as they trailed late in the match after Eric Hassli put Toronto in front with a marker in the 58th minute.

Statistically the game was fairly even, with Toronto taking nine shots compared to the seven off of Philadelphia feet despite the Union controlling possession for 63 percent of the time.

Philadelphia was only able to land one of those attempts on frame, but made it count with the Williams goal.
