CSNPhilly.com: The Philadelphia Phillies could use some improvement to the bullpen. What kind of changes could be in store for this offseason?
If you figure that the Phillies open the season with 12 pitchers, the starting staff plus Papelbon, Lindblom and De Fratus leaves room for four spots. Signing one of the righty setup men we suggested Tuesday - Mike Adams, Ryan Madson, Jonathan Broxton or Brandon League - would go a long way in improving the bullpen, and would leave room for three more relievers.
