Temple is riding a three-game winning streak, which includes a dominant wire-to-wire 79-57 victory against Charlotte on Wednesday night. The Owls were led by Ramone Moore's 18 points, and three teammates -- Aaron Brown (16 points), Khalif Wyatt (12) and Juan Fernandez (10) -- joined Moore in double figures. Senior big man Micheal Eric, still working his way back from injury, contributed six points, nine rebounds and three blocks.
St. Joe's ended a three-game losing streak on Wednesday by rolling past Dayton, 77-63. Ronald Roberts shot 10-11 from the field while pouring in a career-high 27 points, and he was joined in double figures by teammates C.J. Aiken (14 points, five blocks), Halil Kanacevic (13 points) and Langston Galloway (10 points).
