Temple Vs. Duquesne Final Score: Owls Roll, 78-59

The Temple Owls continued their hot play as they extended their winning streak to 10 on Saturday with a 19 point victory of the Duquesne Dukes. The win improves Temple's record to 21-5 overall and 10-2 in the Atlantic 10 Conference. With only four games remaining in the regular season the Owls hold a slim one-game lead over second place St. Louis.

Juan Fernandez and Khalif Wyatt paced the Owls by scoring 44 of the team's 74 points. Wyatt had 24 on 17 shots and added five rebounds and three assists. Fernandez scored 20 points on only nine shots. Seven of Fernandez's shots were three point attempts, of which he converted six. He added six assists two steals and only turned the ball over once.

The Owls next game is scheduled for February 22 against the La Salle Explorers. Three of Temple's last four games will be played on the round, including at La Salle.
