Villanova looks to snap a three-game skid on Saturday afternoon against Georgetown.
The Villanova Wildcats look to bounce back from three straight defeats early Saturday afternoon at home against the Georgetown Hoyas. (2 p.m., ESPN)
Villanova's last two losses both came in overtime by a combined seven points. The Wildcats followed a 74-70 overtime loss to Notre Dame last Saturday with an equally (if not more) crushing 73-70 overtime setback on Monday night when UConn's Shabazz Napier hit a 29-foot three with 0.6 seconds left.
Georgetown snapped a two-game winning streak with a 73-55 road loss to Seton Hall by allowing 61 percent shooting. The Hoyas are paced by guard Jason Clark (14.5 points) and the front court tandem of Hollis Thompson (13.2) and Henry Sims (11.2).
