Villanova looks to end a four-game losing streak Thursday night against Rutgers.

The Villanova Wildcats look to snap a season-high four-game losing skid on Thursday night against the Rutgers Scarlet Knights in Piscataway, New Jersey. (9 p.m., ESPN 2)

Villanova has dropped four straight, including a 67-46 thumping at the hands of Georgetown on Saturday. The Wildcats' previous two losses had been in overtime by a combined seven points, but Georgetown jumped to a 27-11 lead against Jay Wright's short-handed squad in a game that was rarely close.

During the losing streak, Villanova has been hounded by injuries to starters Maalik Wayns and James Bell. Wayns returned Saturday, but his team's luck did not change -- JayVaughn Pinkston stepped on a basketball during pregame warmups and the normal starter was limited to just two minutes.

Rutgers ended a six-game skid by edging Seton Hall 77-72 in overtime on Saturday. The Scarlet Knicks are paced by Eli Carter's 13.4 points per game.
