The Villanova Wildcats are scheduled to participate in the 2012 Big East/SEC Challenge.
The schedule has been released for the second annual Big East/SEC Challenge has been released. Matt Rutherford from SB Nation has the scoop:
The event will take place from Thursday, Nov. 29 through Saturday, Dec. 1. All 12 games will be played at campus sites, with six teams from each conference playing host. Every contest will be televised on either ESPN, ESPN2 or ESPNU.
The Villanova Wildcats did not participate in 2011, but are scheduled to play in 2012. The Big East won eight of the 12 games last year.
