Villanova beat out the Kentucky Wildcats and North Carolina Tar Heels for the highly sought after wing’s services. Goodmann is ranked as the #22 prospect in the nation by ESPNU.

As the Nova Blog points out, the 6-6 Goodman scored 24 points and grabbed 14 boards as his Academy Of New Church team knocked off the top ranked high school in the country, Findlay Prep, over the weekend. He was named the State Farm Tournament of Champions MVP after the performance.

Great to see the Philly kid stay home and hopefully this is just the start of his local hoops legacy.
