“Imagine a classic Philly cheesesteak crossed with a Reuben, and you’re sort of close. Thin-sliced rib-eye steak on a round Kaiser roll with three slices of cheese, fried onions, sliced tomatoes, a slice of grilled salami, and a “special sauce” that bears a suspicious resemblance to Russian dressing. The salami and the sauce provide a tangy bite that perfectly complements the onions and meat."
