Apparently Jerry Jones should have spent more money on sanitary food service facilities and less on the Jerrytron at the new Cowboys stadium. According to a recent report, 72% of their vendors had critical health violations.↵
↵Vendors with critical violations: 72%
Inspection report excerpt: In its first season, Cowboys Stadium had a relatively high percentage of critical violations, including several for inadequate hand-washing facilities. At one kiosk, hot dogs were 71 degrees, almost half the required holding temperature of 135 degrees.↵
That said, the Cowboys stadium is clean compared to the park of the Tampa Bay Rays who had 100% of their vendors cited for violations.
