Recap: Philadelphia Phillies Take Two Of Three From L.A. Dodgers

Roy Oswalt pitched 6 2/3 innings and Jimmy Rollins leadoff the game with a homer as the Phillies took the rubber game of the series from the Dodgers 5-1.

Oswalt turned in one of the more odd performances you'll see walking six batters, yet surrendering only one hit and no runs. Oswalt's six walks match his career high.

Jimmy Rollins lead off the game with a solo homerun and Shane Victorino add another in the second. Rollins would also figure into the 3rd running as he was knocked in by Chase Utley after drawing a walk and stealing second. The Dodgers threatened in the bottom of the 8th getting a run off Ryan Madson, but he was able to induce an inning ending double play with the go ahead run at the plate. The Phils put it out of the reach in the 9th as Jimmy Rollins & Chase Utley both knocked in a run to make it 5-1.

The Phillies have won 10 of their last 12 series and have 11 wins in their last 13 road games.
