Game One Of Phillies Vs Braves Sets Ratings Record

At this point, it should be pretty obvious that the Phillies are kind of a big deal. They've sold out Citizens Bank Park over 100 straight times with no end to the sellouts in sight. Phillies are showing up in cameos on big TV shows... They've got the best record in the NL right now and are rolling toward another NL East title.

All the momentum they've built up over the past month, combined with a major series against the Braves proved to be a perfect storm for Comcast Sportsnet. Last night's Phillies/Braves game set an all time ratings record for baseball on the network. The Phillies scored a 14.5 local rating last night, with Roy Halladay going for his 20th win tonight this record may not stand for long.
