The Phillies are in preliminary talks to bring a minor league to a new stadium that is being proposed in West Chester.
↵↵The site of the proposed $40 million ballpark is a former Wyeth Laboratories facility at South Bolmar and East Nields streets. The 32-acre property is owned by Pfizer Inc., which is also in discussion with the alliance.
