Chad Hall’s great NFL story is over, for now. Today the Eagles released the WR/RB, who was signed as a free agent after spending two years in the United States Air Force.
Hall was used primarily as a punt returner in preseason, but did have a very strong offensive performance in the first preseason game. He caught a 57 yard pass and broke off a 22 yard run.
Adam Caplan is reporting that the Eagles will likely look to add Hall to their practice squad if he clears waivers.
