Marreese Speights Keys 76ers Third Straight Win

The Sixers rode a big performance from their bench, led by Marreese Speights, to their third straight win as they knocked off the Toronto Raptors 107-94. Speights scored 23 points and grabbed nine boards as the Sixers bench outscored the Raptor bench 58-17.

Speights was just one of seven Sixers to go over double figures tonight with Jrue Holliday, Andre Iguodala & Lou Williams scoring 15 a piece while Evan Turner and Thaddeus Young both added ten off the bench. Elton Brand was the other Sixer in double figures with 14.

The three game winning streak matches the Sixers season high. For the Raptors, it was their season high ninth straight loss. The Sixers now sit at 20-25 on the season, in 3rd place in the Atlantic division and currently holding the #7 seed in the Eastern conference.

Next up for the Sixers is the Memphis Grizzles this Friday at the Wells Fargo Center, then the Denver Nuggets visit on Sunday.
