College Football Rankings, Week 14: Penn State Nittany Lions Fall to No. 23 In AP Poll

After losing their final regular season game of the 2011 season to the Wisconsin Badgers 45-7, the Penn State Nittany Lions dropped three spots to No. 23 in this week's AP Poll.

Penn State finishes the regular season at 9-3 and waits to find out their fate for the bowl season. Penn State's loss opened the door for the Badgers to win the Leaders Division and to play in the inaugural Big Ten Championship Game in Indianapolis on Dec. 3. Wisconsin will play the Michigan State Spartans.
