La Salle Hosts Boston University Tonight At Tom Gola Arena

La Salle looks to build a new win streak when they host the struggling Terriers on Thursday.

The La Salle Explorers (8-4) host the Boston University Terriers (4-8) tonight at Tom Gola Arena at 7 p.m.

La Salle has won six of their last seven games. Boston enters the game on a four-game losing streak. La Salle won their previous game, 85-59, over Central Connecticut State. Jerrell Wright led the team with 21 points and 9 rebounds. Last time out, Boston lost to Bucknell 75-61. Darryl Partin had 17 points in that game to led the Terriers.

La Salle leads the all-time series 2-1. The Explorers took last year's meeting in Boston, 84-81. This will be the first time the series has been played in Philadelphia.

Ramon Galloway leads the Explorers with 15 ppg. He averages 2.8 three-point makes per game which ranks second in the Atlantic 10 Conference. Earl Pettis, Sam Mills and Tyreek Duren also score in double figures for La Salle.

Darryl Partin, a former Explorer, leads the Terriers with 20.8 ppg. D.J. Irving also scores in double figures for Boston with 12.6 ppg. Irving missed the last game for the Terriers with an injury.
