Richmond Vs. Temple Final Score: Khalif Wyatt Nets 22 But Owls Lose, 76-65

Despite junior guard Khalif Wyatt netting a game-best 22 points Saturday, the Temple Owls were dominated by the Richmond Spiders, 76-65, in an Atlantic 10 Conference match up at the Robins Center in Richmond, VA. Sophomore forward Derrick Williams tallied 18 points and collected a collegiate-best 13 rebounds for the Spiders (11-7, 2-1 A10), who trailed after the first basket but not after that.

The Owls (11-5, 1-2 A10) railed 44-25 at halftime and pulled with 11 points, 53-42, with about 13 minutes to go, but never got closer as Temple dropped its third straight to Richmond.

Junior guard Darien Brothers added 18 for the Spiders, while senior guard Ramone Moore netted 17 for Temple, which plays the La Salle Explores Wednesday.
